物流公司工作人员配送快递的过程中，客户不方便领取快递的情况时有发生，配送人员只能将快递带回配送站，准备下次配送，这就造成了人力、物力、时间上的浪费。城市公交系统具有成熟的组织网络结构，公交车进行物流配送，公交站设立配送站，方便客户的领取，充分利用现有的基础设施，能够有效解决资源浪费的问题。对公交系统物流配送技术提供设计思路与措施依据。

In the process of staff distribution delivery of logistics company , the customer is not convenient to receive deliver-ies , the condition of the delivery personnel can only take them back to distribution station , and prepare for the next time dis-tribution, this creates the waste of manpower and material resources and time .City bus system has a mature network struc-ture, using the city bus to distribute logistics , and set up bus station distribution , it is convenient for customer to take their deliveries and make full use of existing infrastructure , solving the problem of resources waste effectively .In this paper , the bus system provides design ideas and measures on the basis of logistics technology .
