目的:研究脓毒症大鼠急性肺损伤(ALI)血清抵抗素及白介素‐6(IL‐6)的水平,以探讨抵抗素及IL‐6与ALI的关系及可能机制。方法 Wistar雄性大鼠45只随机分为正常对照组、假手术组和模型组各15只。静脉注射脂多糖(10 mg/kg )复制ALI的动物模型,分别观察6、12、24 h后活杀。测定肺湿/干重比,用化学发光法检测血清IL‐6及ELISA法检测抵抗素水平。结果与对照组及假手术组相比,模型组肺湿/干重比,肺病理组织评分、血清IL‐6水平、抵抗素水平均明显增高( P<0.05)。肺组织损伤程度与血清IL‐6和抵抗素水平呈正相关( r值分别为0.739、0.874,P<0.05)。结论抵抗素可能参与了脓毒症所致的肺损伤过程。
目的:研究膿毒癥大鼠急性肺損傷(ALI)血清牴抗素及白介素‐6(IL‐6)的水平,以探討牴抗素及IL‐6與ALI的關繫及可能機製。方法 Wistar雄性大鼠45隻隨機分為正常對照組、假手術組和模型組各15隻。靜脈註射脂多糖(10 mg/kg )複製ALI的動物模型,分彆觀察6、12、24 h後活殺。測定肺濕/榦重比,用化學髮光法檢測血清IL‐6及ELISA法檢測牴抗素水平。結果與對照組及假手術組相比,模型組肺濕/榦重比,肺病理組織評分、血清IL‐6水平、牴抗素水平均明顯增高( P<0.05)。肺組織損傷程度與血清IL‐6和牴抗素水平呈正相關( r值分彆為0.739、0.874,P<0.05)。結論牴抗素可能參與瞭膿毒癥所緻的肺損傷過程。
목적:연구농독증대서급성폐손상(ALI)혈청저항소급백개소‐6(IL‐6)적수평,이탐토저항소급IL‐6여ALI적관계급가능궤제。방법 Wistar웅성대서45지수궤분위정상대조조、가수술조화모형조각15지。정맥주사지다당(10 mg/kg )복제ALI적동물모형,분별관찰6、12、24 h후활살。측정폐습/간중비,용화학발광법검측혈청IL‐6급ELISA법검측저항소수평。결과여대조조급가수술조상비,모형조폐습/간중비,폐병리조직평분、혈청IL‐6수평、저항소수평균명현증고( P<0.05)。폐조직손상정도여혈청IL‐6화저항소수평정정상관( r치분별위0.739、0.874,P<0.05)。결론저항소가능삼여료농독증소치적폐손상과정。
Objective To study the serum level of resistin and IL‐6 in the sepsis‐induced acute lung injury (ALI) in rats and to probe the relation of IL‐6 and resistin to ALI and its possible mechanism .Methods The forty‐five Wistar rats were randomly as‐signed to three groups ,a control group ,a sham group and a model group .ALI was induced by intravenous injective of LPS (10 mg/kg) and those animals were killed after 6 hours ,12 hours ,24 hours .The lung wet/dry weight ratio ,serum IL‐6 was detected by chemiluminescence and resistin levels were detected by ELISA .Results Compared with the control group and the sham group ,the lung wet/dry weight ratio ,lung pathologic tissue score ,the serum level of resistin and IL‐6 were increased(P<0 .05) .Positive cor‐relation was observed between resistin and IL‐6 in different time .Conclusion Resistin possibly participate the process of sepsis in‐duces ALI .
