选用二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)三聚体、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯(PETA)、三乙胺等为主要原料合成了高性能 UV 固化水性聚氨酯乳液,并在添加光引发剂1173后,UV 固化制备涂层。采用 FT-IR、1 H NMR、TGA 和 DSC 等对合成树脂的结构和性能进行表征。与市售水性 UV 固化聚氨酯乳液对比,本乳液具有更小的粒径、更高的活性,所制备的涂层具有更高的硬度、更优异的耐磨和耐水等性能。

In this paper,high performance waterborne UV-curable polyurethane emulsion was prepared with isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI),pentaerythritol triacrylate (PETA),2,2-bis (Hydroxymethyl)propionic acid (DMPA)and hexamethylene diisocyanate(HDI)trimer.Subsequently with the polyurethane emulsion as film forming material,and light initiator 1 173 transparent UV cured coating was formed.The structure and proper-ties of waterborne UV-curable resin were characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR)and nuclear magnetic resonance (1 H NMR).Additionally,the heat resistance of TWPU was determined by thermo-gravimetric analysis (TGA)and differential scanning calorimeter (DSC).Furthermore,the properties of the e-mulsion and the films were compared with the commercially available waterborne waterborne UV-curable poly-urethane emulsion.The results showed that the UV-curable polyurethane emulsion has smaller particle size, higher activity and the film formed from such emulsion had betterhardness,wear resistance and waterproof effect.
