目的分析和研究应用健脾祛湿法治疗的可行性和意义。方法抽取80例炎症性白带异常患者作为研究对象并按照随机双盲对照原则分为对照组和观察组各40例，对照组患者给予西医抗感染药物治疗，观察组患者则在对照组治疗的基础上加用健脾祛湿法进行治疗，对比和分析不同的治疗方法对两组患者的影响。结果经过统计分析发现，观察组患者的治疗更明显，且两组患者比较差异具有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论对于炎症性白带异常患者应用抗感染治疗的同时加用健脾祛湿法治疗，临床治疗的总有效率较高，且显著降低患者的痛苦并提高其生活质量，值得推荐和使用。

Objective To analyze and research the feasibility and significance of spleen dampness on abnormal inflammatory leucor hea.Methods 80 cases of inflammatory leucor hea abnormal patients were selected as the research object,they were divided into control group and observation group according to double-blind randomized method, each group had 40 patients,control group were treated with Western medicine anti infection drugs ,observation group were treated with spleen dampness based on control group,compared and analyzed the influence of dif erent methods on patients of two groups.Results After statistical analysis,the curative ef ect of treatment group was more obvious, and the two groups were statistical y significant ( < 0.05). Conclusion Anti infection treatment combined with the treatment of spleen have high total curative ef ect on abnormal inflammatory leucor hea,and this method can significantly reduce the pain of patients and improve their life quality , which is worthy of recommendation and use.
