独山子1#乙烯装置F-107裂解炉在运行中存在炉管热应力状态差,使用中变形严重、炉管多次断裂,设计满负荷下运行周期短等问题,通过采用新裂解炉专利技术对辐射段炉管和对流段进行改造,延长了裂解炉运行周期、降低了排烟温度、提高了热效率和目的产品收率。

The issues about F-107 cracker in No.1 ethylene unit of Dushanzi Petrochemicals are introduced in this paper,which include low thermal stress,deformation and broke in furnace tube and short-period operating life under design capacity.The new proprietary cracker technology is applied in the revamp of convection and radiant section of furnace tube,it can prolong the operating life,reduce the temperature of flue gas and improve the thermal efficiency and yield of target products of the unit.
