采用熔融共混制备了5种聚乳酸(PDL-LA)/聚己内酯(PCL)共混医用材料,并进行挤出流延制备薄片.采用原子力显微镜研究薄片的表面形貌和截面高度曲线,与纯 PDLLA 相比,共混物的表面相对光滑、截面高度曲线振幅减小,最高凸起从800 nm 下降到180 nm 以下.PCL 的加入提高了共混物的表面平整度,获得更加光滑的外观,原因在于分子量相对较小的 PCL 产生润滑和增塑效应所致.PCL 含量为30%时共混物的柔性较好、半衰期为90 d,与肌腱手术的临床要求相匹配,适合用于制备肌腱吻合器.细胞培养实验表明,成纤细胞在 PDLLA/PCL(70/30)共混物薄片表面的数量很少,说明其不容易粘附在材料表面,具有较好的防粘连作用.

5 kinds of poly laitic acid (PDLLA)/polycaprolactone (PCL)blends for medical use were prepared by melt process,and the films were prepared by extrusion casting.The surface morphology and section height curve of these films were studied by atomic force microscopy (AFM).Compared with the pure PDLLA,the surface of PDLLA/PCL blends is relatively smooth,the section height curve amplitude decreases,the highest bulges decreased from 800nm down to 180nm below.The addition of PCL could improve the surface flatness of the blends,obtained more smooth appearance,which was caused by lubricating and PDLLA sticizing effect of PCL with the lower molecular weight.The blends with 30% PCL content had a good flexibility and a half-life of 90 d,which was matched with the clinical requirement of tendon operation,and suited for the preparation of tendon stapler.In cell culture experiments,the number of fibroblast cells in the surface of blend mat of PDL-LA/PCL (70/30)were very few,which showed that the cell was not easy adhesion to the surface of the materi-al.The material had good function of preventing adhesion.
