目的临床分析正常不同妊娠期孕妇的血脂水平变化特征及临床意义。方法随机抽取380例孕妇和72例健康未孕女性为研究对象血脂指标检测资料进行回顾性分析。结果初期妊娠组孕妇的TC、TG、APOA1明显高于对照组，而中期妊娠组、晚期妊娠组对象的所有血脂指标均明显高于对照组。结论通过动态监测孕妇血脂水平，对确保孕妇及胎儿的生命质量及优生优育具有重要的临床意义。

Objective Clinical analysis of normal blood lipid level changes in dif erent gestational and clinical significance.Methods A random sample of 380 pregnant women and 72 healthy non pregnant women were retrospectively analyzed for the detection of data object of study lipid index.Results The early pregnancy group of pregnant women and TC,TG,APOA1 was significantly higher than the control group,while the mid pregnancy group,al lipid parameters in late pregnancy group were significantly higher than those in the control group object.Conclusion The blood lipid level of dynamic monitoring of pregnant women,it has important clinical significance in ensuring that pregnant women and fetal life quality and eugenics.
