目的通过品管圈活动，提高眼科住院患者跌倒坠床防范意识，降低住院患者跌倒坠床风险。方法成立希望圈，确定主题，设计问卷调查表，了解眼科住院患者对跌倒坠床防范措施的知晓程度，进行原因分析、计划拟定，制定并实施对策。结果实施前后发放问卷调查表给科室30例眼科住院患者及其家属，其对跌倒坠床防范措施的知晓率从88%提高到96%，提高了眼科住院患者对跌倒坠床的防范意识。结论品管圈活动提升了护理服务安全质量，降低了眼科住院患者跌倒坠床风险，保证患者安全。

목적통과품관권활동，제고안과주원환자질도추상방범의식，강저주원환자질도추상풍험。방법성립희망권，학정주제，설계문권조사표，료해안과주원환자대질도추상방범조시적지효정도，진행원인분석、계화의정，제정병실시대책。결과실시전후발방문권조사표급과실30례안과주원환자급기가속，기대질도추상방범조시적지효솔종88%제고도96%，제고료안과주원환자대질도추상적방범의식。결론품관권활동제승료호리복무안전질량，강저료안과주원환자질도추상풍험，보증환자안전。
Objective Through quality management circle activity, to improve the ophthalmology inpatients fal drop bed awareness and reduce the risk of inpatients fal drop bed. Methods Set ing up hope circle, determining the theme, designing questionnaire, understanding the ophthalmology inpatients of preventive measures against fal ing drop of bed know, reason analysis, planning, formulation and implementation of countermeasures. Results The distribution of questionnaire before and after the 30 ophthalmology department hospitalized patients and their families, their awareness of preventive measures against fal ing drop of bed increased from 88% to 88%, improved the ophthalmology inpatients of fal ing object the awareness of the bed. Conclusion The quality control circle activities improve the quality of nursing service safety and reduce the risk of ophthalmology inpatients fal drop of bed, the guarantee patient safety.
