目的：探讨对卡波西样血管内皮瘤（ Kaposiformhemangio－endothelioma ，KHE）伴卡梅综合征（Kasabach－Merritt syndrome，KMS）采用激素联合免疫抑制剂治疗中的护理。方法分析采用甲强龙＋长春新碱（ VCR）＋环磷酰胺（ CTX）治疗1例2012年2月我院收治的经病理诊断KHE伴KMS的临床疗效及出现的副作用进行观察。结果患儿采用甲强龙＋VCR＋CTX方案进行治疗，2周血小板恢复正常。3个月后患儿血小板及凝血功能恢复正常，左侧肩关节活动改善，复查肩部CT 提示肿瘤明显缩小。结论 KHE是一种临床罕见，但以儿童和婴幼儿为主要发病年龄的低度恶性血管源性肿瘤，临床上常伴有KMS。在应用激素及免疫抑制剂的联合治疗期间通过加强观察及护理是改善预后的关键。
목적：탐토대잡파서양혈관내피류（ Kaposiformhemangio－endothelioma ，KHE）반잡매종합정（Kasabach－Merritt syndrome，KMS）채용격소연합면역억제제치료중적호리。방법분석채용갑강룡＋장춘신감（ VCR）＋배린선알（ CTX）치료1례2012년2월아원수치적경병리진단KHE반KMS적림상료효급출현적부작용진행관찰。결과환인채용갑강룡＋VCR＋CTX방안진행치료，2주혈소판회복정상。3개월후환인혈소판급응혈공능회복정상，좌측견관절활동개선，복사견부CT 제시종류명현축소。결론 KHE시일충림상한견，단이인동화영유인위주요발병년령적저도악성혈관원성종류，림상상상반유KMS。재응용격소급면역억제제적연합치료기간통과가강관찰급호리시개선예후적관건。
Objective To explore the nursing key points of treatment of hormone combined with immunosuppressant to Kaposiformhemangio-endothelioma ( KHE ) with Kasabach-Merritt syndrome ( KMS ) . Methods To analyze the nursing keypoints of KHE with KMS which treated by hormone combinedwith immunosuppressant in 2012 Feb. Results After regularly treatment of hormone combined with immunosuppressant the patient improved , the blood platelets returned to normal after 2 weeks, the coagulation returned to normal in 3 months.The motion range of the left shoulder joint improved and the tumor demined when reviewing CT scan .Conclusions KHE with KMS is a rare vasogenic tumor which occurs frequently in children . Reinforacing the observation and nursing is the key to use hormone combined with immunosuppressant .
