以牛骨为原料,200目骨粉得率为指标,研究不同因素对牛骨粉制备的影响。在单因素实验的基础上考察冷冻温度、冷冻时间、脱脂时间3个因素,通过L9(34)正交实验对牛骨粉制备工艺进行优化。结果表明,最佳实验条件为:冷冻温度-25℃、冷冻时间24h、脱脂时间4h,在该条件下骨粉得率最高,经验证明可达82.3%,符合预期结果。

The factors which have an effect on the yield of cattle bone powder with less than 0.074mm in diameter(200 mesh)were studied in this paper. The factor freezing temperature,freezing time and degreas?ing time were chosen on the basis of single factor experiment. Then the conditions for the production of cattle bone powder were optimized by Orthogonal experiment L9(34). The results show that the optimal con?ditions for the production of cattle bone powder are freezing temperature -25℃,freezing time 24h,degreas?ing time 4h under which the maximum yield is 82.3%,which is in line with the expected results.
