目的:通过调查医务人员对规范化培训住院医师职业能力满意度,发现临床教学过程中存在的问题,并提出改进方法。方法采用自制问卷,对上海市某规范化培训医院600名医务人员进行问卷调查,每项满意度按为5分计数,最高分5分,对收集的数据进行方差分析。结果受调查的医务人员对规范化培训住院医师职业能力的满意度评分均值为(3.86±0.77)分;对学习态度满意度较高,医患沟通能力及临床工作能力其次,临床思维能力满意度最低;不同职称医务人员满意度评价有显著差异(P <0.01),满意度评价随职称升高而降低。结论探索高年资医师专职化临床教学模式,强化培训医师临床思维能力培养,引入医患沟通能力培养及考核,从而提升临床教学质量和效果,保障医疗安全。

목적:통과조사의무인원대규범화배훈주원의사직업능력만의도,발현림상교학과정중존재적문제,병제출개진방법。방법채용자제문권,대상해시모규범화배훈의원600명의무인원진행문권조사,매항만의도안위5분계수,최고분5분,대수집적수거진행방차분석。결과수조사적의무인원대규범화배훈주원의사직업능력적만의도평분균치위(3.86±0.77)분;대학습태도만의도교고,의환구통능력급림상공작능력기차,림상사유능력만의도최저;불동직칭의무인원만의도평개유현저차이(P <0.01),만의도평개수직칭승고이강저。결론탐색고년자의사전직화림상교학모식,강화배훈의사림상사유능력배양,인입의환구통능력배양급고핵,종이제승림상교학질량화효과,보장의료안전。
Objective Discover the problems in standardized training resident physicians process and pro -pose improvements, through the survey of medical staff's satisfaction on professional capacity training in the stand -ardized training resident physicians .Methods 600 medical staff of a teaching hospital in shanghai were investiga -ted with self -made questionnaire, in which the highest score of each question counted 5 points, and the date were analyzed in ANOVA.Results The mean score of medical staff's was 3.86 ±0.77 points; the score of learning attitude satisfaction was highest, the satisfaction of patient communication skills and working capacity followed , sat-isfaction of clinical thinking ability was lowest .The satisfaction of different titles medical staff was different (P <0.01), and the satisfaction of higher title medical staff was higher .Conclusion We should explore senior physi-cians full -time clinical teaching model, enhance clinical thinking ability training , and introduce the training and assessment of doctor -patient communication skills, thus to enhance the quality and effectiveness of clinical teach -ing and guarantee medical safety.
