采用直接稀释进样,使用截取锥表面碰撞的方法,建立电感耦合等离子体质谱(inductively coupled plas-ma-mass spectrometry,ICP-MS)内标法直接测定不同年份黄酒中砷、铬的方法。结果表明,方法对砷和铬的检出限分别为0.02μg/L、0.03μg/L;不同加标量下砷和铬的测定回收率均大于95.97%,相对标准偏差均小于8.0%。利用此方法对不同年份的基酒、成品酒及不同类型的黄酒进行了测定。同时,微波消解、过炭黑氨基柱后测定结果与直接测定方法测定结果比较,无显著差异,表明该方法简便、快速、准确,完全能够满足黄酒中砷、铬的检测要求。

In this study, arsenic&chromium content in yellow rice wine of different age/different types were determined by direct dilution sam-pling coupled with ICP-MS. The results showed that, the detection limits of As and Cr were 0.02 μg/L and 0.03 μg/L respectively, the spiked re-covery rates of As and Cr were greater than 95.97%, and their relative standard deviations were less than 8.0%. Such method was suitable for the detection of As and Cr content in base wine of different age and in rice wine of different types. Meanwhile, there was no significant differ-ence in the detection results between direct dilution sampling and microwave digestion/carbon-amino column treatment. This method was sim-ple, rapid and accurate and could meet the detection requirements of As and Cr in yellow rice wine.
