Nurses position management is an important measure to enhance the nurse team management scientifically and deepen the high quality care service project .We focused on the nurse performance evaluation to promote the nurses position management, by analyzing the post need , setting the position scientifically , training and setting the bonus of different post , thus to mobilize the enthusiasm of nurses , and improve the satisfaction of the doctors and patients.
