从新疆伊犁肖尔布拉克酒厂生产的酱香型高温大曲中筛选得1株能代谢四甲基吡嗪(TTMP)的枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)R19,以该菌株为出发菌株,采用常压室温等离子体诱变系统(ARTP)进行诱变,根据脱脂奶粉平板初筛、摇瓶发酵复筛,连续传代培养后得到遗传稳定的TTMP产量较高的突变株T451,该菌株摇瓶发酵生产TTMP的产量为1.19 g/L,约为出发菌株产量的4.45倍。
從新疆伊犛肖爾佈拉剋酒廠生產的醬香型高溫大麯中篩選得1株能代謝四甲基吡嗪(TTMP)的枯草芽孢桿菌(Bacillus subtilis)R19,以該菌株為齣髮菌株,採用常壓室溫等離子體誘變繫統(ARTP)進行誘變,根據脫脂奶粉平闆初篩、搖瓶髮酵複篩,連續傳代培養後得到遺傳穩定的TTMP產量較高的突變株T451,該菌株搖瓶髮酵生產TTMP的產量為1.19 g/L,約為齣髮菌株產量的4.45倍。

In this study, a TTMP-producing Bacillus subtilis strain R19 was screened from Jiangxiang high-temperature Daqu in Xiaoerbulake Distillery in Xinjiang. Then R19 was used as the starting strain to obtain its mutant strains through atmospheric room temperature plasma (ARTP). And a mutant strain T451 with high yield of TTMP and stable heredity was obtained through plat screening and flask fermentation. TT-MP yield of T451 in flask fermentation was as high as 1.19 g/L, 4.45 times of that of the starting strain.
