目的:旨在针对民营医院护理队伍人才流失现象,分析护理人员流失原因,以期对改善民营医院护理队伍建设提供依据。方法对国内外文章进行综述。结果我国民营医院护理管理中存在的主要问题是,人员流动性大、护理队伍不稳定、结构不合理;员工的素质参差不齐;继续教育发展缓慢;相关规章制度和激励机制欠健全;护理人员对于自我职业的不重视等。结论提出建立良好就医环境,提高护士地位;改善管理方式;以人为本,人性化管理。

Objective The brain drain phenomenon of nurses were analyzed to find the causes of nursing personnel loss, in order to provide a basis for nursing management of private hospitals .Methods The articles at home and abroad were reviewed.Results The problems existing in the nursing management in private hospital are as following: personnel fluidity is big, nursing team is not stable, the personnel structure is unreasonable , the qual-ity of staff is uneven, the continue education is weak , the rules and regulations and incentives are not sound , the self -career value is low.Conclusion We should provide a better medical environment , improve the status of nurse, improve management skill, and implement people -oriented and humanized management .
