以理化分析、保健成分含量、感官、稳定性、保健作用作为考察指标,比较分析研究了膜分离技术在保健酒生产中的应用效果。结果表明,膜分离技术的应用降低了保健酒干浸出物含量与货架期沉淀风险,提高了保健成分含量,改善了酒体风格,不仅起着缓解体力疲劳作用,而且还显著降低了血清尿素氮水平。
以理化分析、保健成分含量、感官、穩定性、保健作用作為攷察指標,比較分析研究瞭膜分離技術在保健酒生產中的應用效果。結果錶明,膜分離技術的應用降低瞭保健酒榦浸齣物含量與貨架期沉澱風險,提高瞭保健成分含量,改善瞭酒體風格,不僅起著緩解體力疲勞作用,而且還顯著降低瞭血清尿素氮水平。

The application effects of membrane separation technology in healthcare liquor production were investigated with physiochemical an-alytic results, healthcare constituents’content, sensory evaluation results, liquor stability, and healthcare functions as the evaluating indexes. The results suggested that, the use of membrane separation technology could reduce dry extract content and the risks of precipitate in shelf peri-od, increase healthcare constituents’content, and improve liquor style. Besides, the treated liquor had the functions of alleviating physical fa-tigue and significantly reduce serum urea nitrogen level.
