介绍了德国工业4.0的发展情况，阐述了德国工业4.0与中国制造2025的异同，提出中国木工机械制造2025的发展目标；分析中国木工机械制造2025的核心竞争力，指出中国木工机械的发展必须利用自动化红利取代人口红利，在吸收国外先进技术的同时，依靠产学研发展具有中国特色的智能化木工机械，实现中国从木工机械大国到强国的转型。

This paper introduces the development situation of German Industry 4.0, and describes the differences and the similarities of between German Industry 4.0 and Made in China 2025. It proposes the development goals of Chinese wood-working machinery in 2025 and analyses the core competitiveness of it. It points out that the population bonus must be re-placed by the automation bonus in the process of Chinese woodworking machinery development. And it raises that China should absorb foreign advanced technology while developing intelligent woodworking machinery with Chinese characteristic based on the development of study, research and production In this way, China is going to transform from a big country to a powerful nation in the woodworking machinery industry.
