由于道德风险的存在，一方面导致了医务人员过度医疗，使患者承担过高的医疗费，另一方面会使医务人员为规避风险进行保守治疗，导致患者治疗效果不理想。这些情况使得医患矛盾正在成为一个比较突出的问题。本文从道德风险的角度出发，分析医患矛盾产生的原因，并就提高付费方式的透明度、注重患者满意度、健全医疗责任保险、拓展心理干预、积极公关等方面提出建议。

The moral hazard will cause excessive medical treatment , which will cost patients more medical expenses, meanwhile, physician will provide conservative treatment , and the curative effect is not ideal .These is-sues make the physicians -patient conflicts more prominent.From the perspective of moral hazard, the causes of physicians -patient conflicts were put forward , and the suggestions were given as improving the transparency of payment, paying attention on patients'satisfaction, developing the medical liability insurance , expanding psycho-logical intervention and creating positive public relation .
