目的：以国际疾病分类编码（ICD10）辅助判定提高患者出入院诊断符合率的准确性。方法从“军字一号”数据库中提取诊断符合相关数据，比较医师判定和 ICD10判定入院诊断符合的一致性，并对两种判定不一致的病例进行分析。结果2145例次出院患者的 ICD 编码诊断符合率判定（99．21％）明显高于医师判定（54．31％，P ＜0．0001），有70例为医师判定错误。结论以 ICD 编码进行辅助判定，有助于提高患者入出院诊断符合率的准确性，提高诊断质量。
목적：이국제질병분류편마（ICD10）보조판정제고환자출입원진단부합솔적준학성。방법종“군자일호”수거고중제취진단부합상관수거，비교의사판정화 ICD10판정입원진단부합적일치성，병대량충판정불일치적병례진행분석。결과2145례차출원환자적 ICD 편마진단부합솔판정（99．21％）명현고우의사판정（54．31％，P ＜0．0001），유70례위의사판정착오。결론이 ICD 편마진행보조판정，유조우제고환자입출원진단부합솔적준학성，제고진단질량。
Objective The aim is to improve the accuracy of diagnosis coincidence rate with ICD assis -tance judgment.Methods The data of diagnosis were extracted from Hospital Information System .The difference between physician judgment and ICD code judgment was compared , the inconsistent cases were analyzed .Results The coincidence rate judged by ICD code was higher than that judged by physician (99.21% vs.54.31%,P <0.0001).Of all the 2145 cases, 70 cases judged by physician were wrong .Conclusion With the assistance judg-ment of ICD can improve the accuracy of diagnosis coincidence rate .
