目的探讨天麻素注射液联合低分子右旋糖酐加丹参注射液对椎-基底动脉供血不足的临床疗效。方法120例椎-基底动脉供血不足患者，分为治疗组与对照组，各60例。对照组用低分子右旋糖苷250ml，加丹参注射20ml，连用10d；治疗组除用低分子右旋糖苷加丹参，同时用天麻素注射液600mg，溶于5豫葡萄糖注射液250ml缓慢静脉滴注，1次/d，连用10d。两组均服用肠溶阿司匹林片100mg，1次/d，其他一般对症治疗相同。结果治疗组总有效率96.7豫；对照组为76.7豫。结论天麻素注射液联合低分子右旋糖酐加丹参注射液静脉用药能显著改善椎-基底动脉供血不足引起的症状，其疗效肯定。
목적탐토천마소주사액연합저분자우선당항가단삼주사액대추-기저동맥공혈불족적림상료효。방법120례추-기저동맥공혈불족환자，분위치료조여대조조，각60례。대조조용저분자우선당감250ml，가단삼주사20ml，련용10d；치료조제용저분자우선당감가단삼，동시용천마소주사액600mg，용우5예포도당주사액250ml완만정맥적주，1차/d，련용10d。량조균복용장용아사필림편100mg，1차/d，기타일반대증치료상동。결과치료조총유효솔96.7예；대조조위76.7예。결론천마소주사액연합저분자우선당항가단삼주사액정맥용약능현저개선추-기저동맥공혈불족인기적증상，기료효긍정。
Objective To study ef ect of gastrodine injection in combination with low molecular dextran and danshen injection on vertebral - basilar artery blood supply deficiency.
