生物技术研究,特别是转基因技术的研发和应用,已迅速扩展到生命科学的各个领域。转基因棉花具有抗虫、优质等显著特点,在生产、加工方面得到了广泛的应用,但也存在诸如基因逃逸、对土壤微生物及其他非靶标生物影响等一系列潜在风险。面对近年来突飞猛进的转基因技术,需要采取风险控制措施,采取完善转基因安全法律法规体系、建立转基因生物风险评估及预警体系等措施予以应对。

Transgenic breeding technology has become the focus of international competition in science and technology and economic competition. Transgenic soybean as one of the world's main transgenic crops , which has distinct characteristics,has been widely used in the production and processing,but it also has po?tential risk as gene escape and effects on soil microorganisms and other non-target. In the face of the rap?id development of transgenic technology in recent years,we need to take the risk control measures,includ?ing improvement of transgenic crop safety laws and regulations and establishment of risk assessment and early warning system of transgenic organisms.
