为提高机械产品的设计效率,缩短产品的设计开发周期,以2RBW-1500型育苗杯制作机为基础,利用Solidworks软件三维设计平台,基于VC++6.0编程环境下的联合编程二次开发技术,建立了制作机各功能模块的三维参数化设计模型,并对制作机的关键机构—超声波焊接机构的固定架进行了参数化模型的优化分析。结果表明,采用参数化建模的方法便于后期的优化设计,且交互式界面可实现设计参数的实时动态修改,该方法为非标产品提供了一个方便、实用、可靠的设计手段。

In order to improve the design efficiency and shorten development period of mechanical products,on the basis of 2RBW-1500 Type Nursery Cup Making Machine in this paper,3D Software Solidworks chosen as a design platform,based on the secondary development technology for joint programming under the Visual C++programming environment, the 3D para-metric model of each functional module of the nursery cup making machine is established, and at the same time an optimal analysis of the parametric model of the making machine key mechanism , i.e. ultrasonic welding mechanism holder, is made, with the results showing that the use of parametric modeling approach facilitates design optimization at the later stage and that the interactive interface can realize real-time dynamic modification of design parameters. This method also provides a conve-nient,reliable and practical design method for non-standard products.
