目的：探讨品管圈活动在提高门诊药学服务品质中的应用，提高门诊药房工作效率和服务质量。方法将“品管圈”活动应用于医院门诊药房，按其十大步骤实施。结果开展品管圈活动后，患者对指导用药满意度显著提高，患者取药等候时间缩短，活动收到良好效果。结论品管圈活动提高了圈员们解决问题的能力，增强团队之间的合作与互动，提高门诊药学服务品质。
목적：탐토품관권활동재제고문진약학복무품질중적응용，제고문진약방공작효솔화복무질량。방법장“품관권”활동응용우의원문진약방，안기십대보취실시。결과개전품관권활동후，환자대지도용약만의도현저제고，환자취약등후시간축단，활동수도량호효과。결론품관권활동제고료권원문해결문제적능력，증강단대지간적합작여호동，제고문진약학복무품질。
Objectives To improve the outpatient pharmacy service quality and efficiency with QCC activi -ty.Methods The QCC activity, which include ten steps of implementation , was used in the outpatient pharmacy management.Results With the QCC activity, patients'satisfaction on medication was significantly improved , and the waiting time for taking medicine was shortened .Conclusions The application of QCC activity can increase the ability of circle members to solve the problem, enhance the cooperation and interaction in the team members , and improve the quality of outpatient pharmacy services .
