The influence factors of medical disputes in senior cadres ward were analyzed , which included the particularity of senior cadre, the physiological factors of medicine , the limitation of geriatric medicine, factors of patients'family members, factors of medical service.And then the strategies to cope with medical disputes in senior cadres ward were discussed , to ensure the safety of medical care.
