目的：分析应用掌侧锁定板在治疗桡骨远端不稳定性骨折中的临床疗效。方法选取82例桡骨远端不稳定性骨折的患者。根据固定方法不同，将患者分为观察组40例，对照组42例。观察组行掌侧锁定板治疗，对照组行石膏外固定治疗。观察两组患者治疗时间、术后骨折愈合情况及功能恢复情况。结果观察组患者治疗时间较对照组短（P＜0．05）；术后观察组患者掌倾角、尺偏角、桡骨短缩及关节面恢复程度优于对照组（P＜0．05）；术后观察组患者关节功能恢复优良率92．5％，高于对照组患者的优良率78．6％（P＜0．05）。结论掌侧锁定板对于治疗桡骨远端不稳定性骨折效果良好，可明显缩短治疗周期，促进患处骨折愈合以及术后患肢关节功能恢复。
목적：분석응용장측쇄정판재치료뇨골원단불은정성골절중적림상료효。방법선취82례뇨골원단불은정성골절적환자。근거고정방법불동，장환자분위관찰조40례，대조조42례。관찰조행장측쇄정판치료，대조조행석고외고정치료。관찰량조환자치료시간、술후골절유합정황급공능회복정황。결과관찰조환자치료시간교대조조단（P＜0．05）；술후관찰조환자장경각、척편각、뇨골단축급관절면회복정도우우대조조（P＜0．05）；술후관찰조환자관절공능회복우량솔92．5％，고우대조조환자적우량솔78．6％（P＜0．05）。결론장측쇄정판대우치료뇨골원단불은정성골절효과량호，가명현축단치료주기，촉진환처골절유합이급술후환지관절공능회복。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of palm side locking plate in treatment of distal radius unstable fractures .Methods 82 cases of patients were selected and divided into the observation group of 40 cases ( treatment of palm side locking plate ) , and the control group of 42 cases ( treatment of plaster external fixation) according to the methods of treatment .Compared the treatment time and the recovery degree of fracture healing and function .Results The observation group of treatment time was shorter than that in the control group ( P<0.05);And the observation group of recovery of palm tilt , radial inclination , radial shortening and articular surface was better than that in the control group (P<0.05);The observation group of joint function recovery rate was 92.5%, higher than that in the control group of 78.6% (P<0.05).Conclusions The treatment of the palm side locking plate in unstable distal radius fractures has good effect , it can significantly shorten the treatment cycle and promote the recovery of fracture healing and the recovery of postoperative limb joint function .
