随着现代通讯技术、计算机技术、信息技术的进步和发展，我国远程医疗事业迎来高速发展时期，但是，医疗信息融合度低，信息孤岛现象比较突出，制约远程医疗的快速、健康发展。本文提出基于医疗接口集成模式的信息交换平台技术方案，作为解决现有远程医疗系统中信息交换方法缺点和问题的初步探讨。

With the development of modern communication technology , computer technology and informa-tion technology, Chinese telemedicine has ushered in a rapid development period .However, the integration degree of medical information is still low, and phenomenon of information islands is still prominent , which limited the fast and healthy development of telemedicine .In this paper, the plan was introduced to standardize the medical technol -ogy program interface integrated model of information exchange platform , also the methods to solve shortcomings and problems in information exchange of telemedicine system were explored preliminarily .
