为克服离散化模型弊端,使线缆能适应航天器内复杂空间约束工况,基于弹性细杆思想,提出含空间约束的航天器线缆力学建模方法建立线缆连续型力学模型。通过线缆惯性坐标系与局部坐标系描述线缆空间位置与形态,推导考虑线缆自重与空间约束作用的静力平衡方程,分析布线过程中典型空间约束工况,并构建无约束、端点约束、接触面约束及卡箍约束下线缆力学模型。用数值方法对典型约束工况下线缆力学模型进行计算与分析,获得线缆在无约束、接触面约束及卡箍约束下的受力规律。结果表明,布线过程中合理组合卡箍约束与接触面约束可有效提高线缆的力学性能,从而验证所建模型的普适性与可行性。
為剋服離散化模型弊耑,使線纜能適應航天器內複雜空間約束工況,基于彈性細桿思想,提齣含空間約束的航天器線纜力學建模方法建立線纜連續型力學模型。通過線纜慣性坐標繫與跼部坐標繫描述線纜空間位置與形態,推導攷慮線纜自重與空間約束作用的靜力平衡方程,分析佈線過程中典型空間約束工況,併構建無約束、耑點約束、接觸麵約束及卡箍約束下線纜力學模型。用數值方法對典型約束工況下線纜力學模型進行計算與分析,穫得線纜在無約束、接觸麵約束及卡箍約束下的受力規律。結果錶明,佈線過程中閤理組閤卡箍約束與接觸麵約束可有效提高線纜的力學性能,從而驗證所建模型的普適性與可行性。

In order to overcome the drawbacks of discrete model and adapt to the complex spatial constraints in spacecraft,a mechanics modeling method of spacecraft cable considering spatial constraints was proposed based on the assumption of continuous thin elastic rod.A continuous mechanics model of the cable was established.The spatial position and attitude of the cable were described by inertial coordinate system and local coordinate system.And then,a static equilibrium equation of the cable considering deadweight and spatial constraints was deduced.Typical conditions of space constraints in the routing process were analyzed.Furthermore,mechanics models of the cable with none constraint, endpoint constraint,contact surface constraint and clamp constraint were established,and they were solved and analyzed using numerical method.The regularities of forces of the cable with none constraint,contact surface constraint and clamp constraint were obtained.The results show that mechanical properties of the cable can be improved effectively by combining the clamp constraint and contact surface constraint reasonably in the routing process.The universality and feasibility of the model were verified.The conclusions have important academic value and engineering significance to the mechanics modeling of the flexible cable and routing process.
