针对金川龙首矿西二采区主井围岩变形破坏,开展了主井井筒返修加固优化设计和工程施工技术研究。首先对井筒的变形破坏现状进行详细勘察,并通过井筒围岩的节理裂隙调查与统计分析,揭示了主井井筒围岩稳定性现状以及影响工程稳定性因素;然后针对主井不同区段围岩的工程特点和变形破坏特征,提出了双层喷锚网、C60钢筋混凝土、槽钢井圈、U型钢拱架、长短锚索和锚注等多种不同支护方案;最后在施工过程中,根据主井工程地质变化情况开展支护和施工技术的优化设计工艺调整。主井在返修加固后投入使用结果表明,返修的工程基本处于稳定状态。由此证明了针对主井的返修加固方案合理有效。

Considering the deformation failure of surrounding rock of main shaft, the optimal design and construction technology for repair and reinforcement of main shaft was studied. First,detailed investigation for the deformation and failure situation of shaft were finished,the steady situation of main shaft surrounding rock and the factors affecting stability of engineer-ing were showed by investigation and statistical analysis on joint fissures of shaft surrounding rock. Then,considering the engi-neering characteristics and deformation failure characteristics of different rock segments,many different support schemes were put forward,such as combined bolting and shotcrete net,C60 reinforced concrete,channel steel,U-formed arched falsework, long or short anchor and bolt-grouting etc. At the same time of construction,according to the diverse engineering geological con-dition of main shaft,the design and process adjustment of supporting and construction technology is optimized. After reinforce-ment and repair of main shaft,the results show that the engineering keeps stable. It is proved that the repair and reinforcement scheme of main shaft is reasonable and effective.
