目的：比较奥硝唑合剂与常规疗法治疗牙髓病的临床疗效。方法选择2010年11月至2013年12月收治的牙髓病患者92例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组46例。对照组给予常规疗法治疗，观察组给予奥硝唑合剂治疗。对两组患者治疗后的暂时封堵治疗有效率和永久封堵治疗有效率进行比较。结果观察组患者的暂时封堵治疗有效率（91.30%）明显高于对照组（78.26%），差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）。观察组患者的永久封堵治疗有效率（89.13%）明显高于对照组（60.87%），差异具有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）。结论奥硝唑合剂在治疗牙髓病中，可明显提高暂时封堵治疗有效率和永久封堵治疗有效率，值得临床推广与应用。

목적：비교오초서합제여상규요법치료아수병적림상료효。방법선택2010년11월지2013년12월수치적아수병환자92례，수궤분위관찰조화대조조，매조46례。대조조급여상규요법치료，관찰조급여오초서합제치료。대량조환자치료후적잠시봉도치료유효솔화영구봉도치료유효솔진행비교。결과관찰조환자적잠시봉도치료유효솔（91.30%）명현고우대조조（78.26%），차이유통계학의의（P ﹤0.05）。관찰조환자적영구봉도치료유효솔（89.13%）명현고우대조조（60.87%），차이구유통계학의의（P ﹤0.05）。결론오초서합제재치료아수병중，가명현제고잠시봉도치료유효솔화영구봉도치료유효솔，치득림상추엄여응용。
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of ornidazole mixture and conventional therapy on endodontics. Methods Ninety-two patients with endodontics in the First People’s Hospital of Datong from November 2010 to December 2013 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 46 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional therapy, while observation group was treated with ornidazole mixture. The efficiency of temporarily blocking and per-manent closure of the patients in the two groups were compared. Results The efficiency of temporarily blocking in observation group(91. 30% )was significantly higher than that of control group(78. 26% ), and the difference was significant(P ﹤ 0. 05). The efficiency of permanent closure in observation group (89. 13% )was significantly higher than that of control group(60. 87% ),and the difference was signifi-cant(P ﹤0. 05). Conclusions Ornidazole mixture in the treatment of patients with endodontics can sig-nificantly enhance temporarily blocking efficiency and permanent closure efficiency,so it is worthy of clini-cal popularization and application.
