目的：探讨中西医结合治疗老年带状疱疹患者的疗效及护理措施。方法收集2012年11月—2014年4月在我科住院的128例老年带状疱疹患者，在常规抗病毒、营养神经、止痛和物理治疗等西医手段基础上，结合中医针灸、刺血拔罐治疗，并进行相应的专科护理。评估住院前、出院当天及出院6个月内，患者的临床疗效及疼痛改善情况。结果临床痊愈93例，显效30例，总有效率为96.09%。随访6个月，5例患者出现后遗神经痛。结论采用中西医结合治疗及专科护理技术治疗老年带状疱疹患者疗效显著，后遗神经痛发生率低。
목적：탐토중서의결합치료노년대상포진환자적료효급호리조시。방법수집2012년11월—2014년4월재아과주원적128례노년대상포진환자，재상규항병독、영양신경、지통화물리치료등서의수단기출상，결합중의침구、자혈발관치료，병진행상응적전과호리。평고주원전、출원당천급출원6개월내，환자적림상료효급동통개선정황。결과림상전유93례，현효30례，총유효솔위96.09%。수방6개월，5례환자출현후유신경통。결론채용중서의결합치료급전과호리기술치료노년대상포진환자료효현저，후유신경통발생솔저。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect and nursing measures of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for senile herpes zoster. Method Total 128 elder herpes zoster patients hospitalized in our department from Nov. 2012 to Apr. 2014 were enrolled. The treatment protocols based on conventional western medicine means including antiviral, neurotrophic agents, relieving pain and physical therapy, combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and cupping therapy, as well as corresponding special nursing. The clinical efifcacy and symptom of pain of these patients were evaluated before hospitalization, on the day of discharge and 6 months after their discharge respectively. Result On the day of discharge, 93 cases achieved clinical cure and 30 cases evaluated to be effective, the total effective rate was 98%. Follow up 6 months, postherpetic neuralgia occurred in 5 patients. Conculsion For treating elder herpes zoster patients by integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine and the special nursing technique, the clinical effect was obvious and the incidence of postherpetic neuralgia was very low.
