目的:探讨急性脑梗死患者血清C反应蛋白(CRP)水平的变化,及其对脑梗死病情判断的意义。方法检测2013年4月-2013年12月200例在该院就诊的急性脑梗死患者作为研究组,同期在该院体检的健康患者100例,作为对照组,对两组患者的血清CRP水平和急性脑梗死患者神经功能的缺损程度进行分析。结果研究组血清CRP平均含量明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同梗死面积患者的血清CRP及不同型的急性脑梗死患者的血清CRP对比分析,分别比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);神经功能的缺损程度和血清CRP的水平呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清CRP与急性脑梗死的发生有密切的关系,是一个独立的危险因素,随着病情的严重程度而增加,CRP水平在一定程度上能反映脑梗死的病变程度。

Objective To investigate the changes of serum C reactive protein (CRP) level in patients with acute cerebral infarction and the diagnosis value of cerebral infarction. Methods 200 cases were selected which patients with acute cerebral infarction as the study group in our hospital during April 2013 to December 2013, in the same period, 100 cases of patients with medical health were regarded as the control group. The two groups of patient's serum CRP level and the defection degree of nerve function in pa-tients with acute cerebral infarction were analyzed. Results The study group of average serum CRP levels was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05); the patient's serum CRP of different infarction area and different type of acute cerebral infarction were compared, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05); the defection degree of nerve function and serum CRP levels were positively correlated with statistical significance (P< 0.05). Conclusion The relationship between serum CRP and acute cerebral infarction is closely related, as an independent risk factor, it can be increased with the severity of the disease. CRP level can reflect the degree of cerebral infarction in a certain extent.
