目的：探讨耳声发射仪在儿童听力筛查中的应用价值。方法2014年1月-2014年12月应用耳声发射仪对900例儿童进行听力筛查，分析听力筛查结果。结果900例进行听力筛查儿童中，初筛时821例通过，79例未通过，1个月后复查70例通过，9例仍然未通过。未通过的9例儿童经听性脑干反应（ABR）检查，6例确诊为听力障碍，3例为轻度阈值增高。结论耳声发射仪在儿童听力筛查中具有良好的应用价值，可以早期发现听力异常，应对儿童进行常规听力筛查。
목적：탐토이성발사의재인동은력사사중적응용개치。방법2014년1월-2014년12월응용이성발사의대900례인동진행은력사사，분석은력사사결과。결과900례진행은력사사인동중，초사시821례통과，79례미통과，1개월후복사70례통과，9례잉연미통과。미통과적9례인동경은성뇌간반응（ABR）검사，6례학진위은력장애，3례위경도역치증고。결론이성발사의재인동은력사사중구유량호적응용개치，가이조기발현은력이상，응대인동진행상규은력사사。
Objective To investigate the application value of otoacoustic emission instrument in screening hearing of children. Methods Otoacoustic emission instrument was used to screen the hearing of 900 children. Then the results were analyzed. Results In the first screening 821 of 900 cases passed the examination, in the second screening 70 of 79 cases passed the examination, and the remaining 9 cases received ARP examination, 6 cases were confirmed dysaudia and 3 cases were confirmed mild threshold increase. Conclusion Otoacoustic emission instrument is helpful in screening hearing of children and worthy of application.
