成规型辅导员，是指高校辅导员队伍中那些墨守成规、固步自封、满足于现状的工作者。学习型辅导员是能看到他人工作的优缺点，并加以借鉴或反省，从而不断提升自身的职业素质，优化和改善自己的工作效率和质量的高校工作者。时代的发展和高校的需要，对高校辅导员提出了新要求，使得成规型辅导员向科研型辅导员转化成为必然。

Traditional counselors refer to university counselors sticking to convention,standing still and being content with the status quo.Learning -oriented counselors are able to see the advantages and disadvantages in others work,and then use or re-flection,so as to improve their professional quality,optimize and improve their work efficiency and quality.The development of the times and the needs of the colleges and universities,puts forward new requirements on college counselors,makes the rules type instructor to cu transformation become inevitable.
