目的:探讨复方黄柏液对乳腺癌患者术后出现皮瓣坏死的预防作用。方法该研究选择河北省人民医院2013年1要12月行手术治疗的乳腺癌患者200例,分为两组,每组100例,用复方黄柏液和生理盐水对切口部位皮肤行湿敷,观察术后切口及坏死皮瓣愈合情况。结果用复方黄柏液湿敷切口的乳腺癌患者皮瓣坏死发生率明显低于生理盐水湿敷者(χ2=4.88 P<0.05),皮瓣坏死程度也明显低于用生理盐水湿敷者,差异有统计学意义(Z=-2.239,P<0.05)。结论复方黄柏液能有效预防乳腺癌患者出现术后皮瓣坏死。

목적:탐토복방황백액대유선암환자술후출현피판배사적예방작용。방법해연구선택하북성인민의원2013년1요12월행수술치료적유선암환자200례,분위량조,매조100례,용복방황백액화생리염수대절구부위피부행습부,관찰술후절구급배사피판유합정황。결과용복방황백액습부절구적유선암환자피판배사발생솔명현저우생리염수습부자(χ2=4.88 P<0.05),피판배사정도야명현저우용생리염수습부자,차이유통계학의의(Z=-2.239,P<0.05)。결론복방황백액능유효예방유선암환자출현술후피판배사。
Objective To investigate the preventive effect observation on treatment to skin flap necrosis after breast cancer surgery with compound prescription cortex phellodendri chinensis fluid. Methods 200 cases, underwent surgery for breast cancer in Hebei People's Hospital from January 2013 to December 2013, were selected and divided into two groups, each group with 100 cases. Skin incision site be wet with compound prescription cortex phellodendri chinensis fluid and physiological saline respectively, and healing conditions of the wound and skin flap necrosis after operation were observed. Results Patients' skin incision site be wet with compound prescription cortex phellodendri chinensis fluid, the incidence of skin flap necrosis to breast cancer patients, signif-icantly lower than those of patients'skin incision site be wet with physiological saline (χ2=4.88P<0.05), and the flap necrosis de-gree was significantly lower than those of with physiological saline wet, so the difference was statistically significant (Z=-2.239 P<0.05). Conclusion compound prescription cortex phellodendri chinensis fluid could effectively prevent breast cancer patients with skin flap necrosis after operation.
