农村法律服务的完善与否，关系到农村地区矛盾纠纷的解决以及农村社会的繁荣与稳定。现阶段，我国农村法律服务本身存在着一些问题，如农村法律服务机构管理混乱、法律普及不到位、缺乏专业的法律服务人才等，所以我们必须采取一些措施如构建公益型法律服务体系、加强法制宣传教育、设立更多的法律诊所，来完善农村地区法律服务活动。
農村法律服務的完善與否，關繫到農村地區矛盾糾紛的解決以及農村社會的繁榮與穩定。現階段，我國農村法律服務本身存在著一些問題，如農村法律服務機構管理混亂、法律普及不到位、缺乏專業的法律服務人纔等，所以我們必鬚採取一些措施如構建公益型法律服務體繫、加彊法製宣傳教育、設立更多的法律診所，來完善農村地區法律服務活動。
농촌법률복무적완선여부，관계도농촌지구모순규분적해결이급농촌사회적번영여은정。현계단，아국농촌법률복무본신존재착일사문제，여농촌법률복무궤구관리혼란、법률보급불도위、결핍전업적법률복무인재등，소이아문필수채취일사조시여구건공익형법률복무체계、가강법제선전교육、설립경다적법률진소，래완선농촌지구법률복무활동。
The rural legal service is perfect or not relates to the rural areas to solve contradiction dispute as well as the prosperity and stability of rural society.At present,but there are some problems of the rural legal service itself,such as rural legal services management chaos and the law popularization is not in place,there is the lack of professional legal service personnel etc.,so we must take some measures such as construction of public welfare legal service system and strengthen the propaganda and education of legal system,in the meantime,we should set up more legal clinic to perfect legal service activities in rural areas.
