目的：：观察阿托伐他汀对糖尿病肾病患者血脂及肾血流参数的影响。方法：将68例糖尿病肾病患者按照随机分配的原则分为常规治疗组(对照组)和常规治疗加阿托伐他汀组(观察组)各34例，将2组患者治疗前与治疗后4周、8周及12周的血脂及肾血流参数进行统计及比较。结果：治疗后4周、8周及12周观察组的血脂水平均明显好于对照组(P<0.01)，肾动脉收缩期峰值血流速度及舒张期末血流速度水平均明显高于对照组，而血流阻力指数则均显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论：阿托伐他汀对糖尿病肾病患者血脂及肾血流参数具有显著影响，有助于糖尿病患者疾病状态的改善。
목적：：관찰아탁벌타정대당뇨병신병환자혈지급신혈류삼수적영향。방법：장68례당뇨병신병환자안조수궤분배적원칙분위상규치료조(대조조)화상규치료가아탁벌타정조(관찰조)각34례，장2조환자치료전여치료후4주、8주급12주적혈지급신혈류삼수진행통계급비교。결과：치료후4주、8주급12주관찰조적혈지수평균명현호우대조조(P<0.01)，신동맥수축기봉치혈류속도급서장기말혈류속도수평균명현고우대조조，이혈류조력지수칙균현저저우대조조(P<0.01)。결론：아탁벌타정대당뇨병신병환자혈지급신혈류삼수구유현저영향，유조우당뇨병환자질병상태적개선。
Objective:To investigate the effects of atorvastatin on the blood lipid level and renal blood flow parameters in patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods:Sixty-eight patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into the conventional treatment group(34 cases,control group) and conventional treatment combined with atorvastatin group(34 cases,observation group) according to the random allocation. The blood lipid level and renal blood flow parameters in two groups were analyzed before treatment and after 4, 8 and 12 weeks of treatment. Results:The blood lipid levels in observation group after 4,8 and 12 weeks of treatment were significantly better than those in control group(P<0. 01). The blood flow velocity at peak systolic of renal artery and end diastolic in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group,but its resistance index was significantly lower than that in control group (P<0. 01). Conclusions:The atorvastatin has significantly effects on the blood lipid and renal blood flow parameters in patients with diabetic nephropathy,which is conducive to the improvement of diabetic nephropathy state.
