People is the hero of all social activities.As a special social activity,the higher education is no exception.Partici-pation in higher education needs teachers and students in colleges,which determines that teachers should be people -oriented from the point of view of the students,which gradually develops a unique educational wisdom.This paper analyzes the charac-teristics of college teachers'people -oriented educational wisdom to guide college teacher to train teacher wisdom.
