目的分析晚期胃肠道肿瘤患者应用人生回顾护理干预的临床效果。方法随机抽选2011年4月-2013年5月，该院接收晚期胃肠道肿瘤患者100例，按入院编号分成两组（常规组、干预组），常规组患者实施临床基础性护理措施，干预组患者实施人生回顾护理干预措施，比对临床效果。结果干预组患者临床治疗依从性（94.0%）、护理满意率（98.0%）和常规组（依从性72.0%、满意率80.0%）相比，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；且干预组患者临床生活质量评分和常规组相比，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论晚期胃肠道肿瘤患者临床治疗期间实施人生回顾护理干预措施，安全、有效，可提高患者临床治疗依从性，改善生活现状，意义重大，值得使用。
목적분석만기위장도종류환자응용인생회고호리간예적림상효과。방법수궤추선2011년4월-2013년5월，해원접수만기위장도종류환자100례，안입원편호분성량조（상규조、간예조），상규조환자실시림상기출성호리조시，간예조환자실시인생회고호리간예조시，비대림상효과。결과간예조환자림상치료의종성（94.0%）、호리만의솔（98.0%）화상규조（의종성72.0%、만의솔80.0%）상비，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）；차간예조환자림상생활질량평분화상규조상비，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론만기위장도종류환자림상치료기간실시인생회고호리간예조시，안전、유효，가제고환자림상치료의종성，개선생활현상，의의중대，치득사용。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of life review nursing intervention on patients with advanced gastrointestinal cancer. Methods 100 advanced gastrointestinal cancer patients admitted in our hospital from April 2011 to May 2013 were divided into two groups, the conventional group and the intervention group in accordance with the number of admission. The conventional group were treated by the clinical basic nursing intervention, and the intervention group were treated by the life review nursing in-tervention. And the clinical effect was compared between the two groups. Results The clinical treatment compliance was 94.0%in the intervention group, and 72.0% in the control group, the nursing satisfaction rate was 98.0% in the intervention group, and 80.0%in the control group, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). The difference in the clin-ical life quality between the intervention group and the conventional group was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For advanced gastrointestinal cancer patients, life review nursing intervention is safe, effective, which can improve the clinical treat-ment compliance and living status with great significance, so it is worthy of application.
