目的:探讨健康教育在麦默通行乳腺微创旋切术患者围手术期的作用。方法将整群选取的2014年1要12月该院收治的118例于超声引导下行麦默通乳腺微创旋切术的患者随机分为两组,观察组和对照组各59例,观察组进行围手术期的常规护理+健康宣教,对照组仅进行常规护理,比较两组患者满意度、舒适度、两组患者对乳腺疾病知识掌握情况,并对患者进行焦虑自评量表SAS、抑郁自评量表SDS进行心理测评。结果观察组患者满意度、舒适度与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组患者乳腺疾病相关知识掌握程度有大幅度提高,焦虑、抑郁程度得到明显缓解(P<0.05)。结论麦默通行乳腺微创旋切术围手术期的健康教育可以确保手术的效果,减轻病人焦虑、抑郁心理,提高患者乳腺相关知识的掌握程度,促进手术的顺利完成和病人术后康复。

Objective To investigate the effect of perioperative health education for minimally invasive surgery of the breast with Mammotome. Methods 118 cases underwent minimally invasive surgery of the breast with Mammotome guided by ultrasound from January 2014 to December 2014 were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group with 59 cases in each. During the preoperative period, the observation group was given the conventional nursing and health education, and the control group was given the conventional nursing. The level of patient satisfaction, degree of comfort and mastering of the knowl-edge of breast disease were compared between the two groups. And the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were investigated. Results There was statistically significant difference in the level of patient satisfaction, degree of comfort between the two groups (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the observation group mastered the knowledge of breast disease much better, and the anxiety and depression level of the observation group was alleviated significantly(P<0.05). Conclusion For patients underwent min-imally invasive surgery of the breast with Mammotome, perioperative health education can ensure the surgery to be implemented successfully and the effect of surgery, reduce the level of anxiety and depression, improve the level of mastering of breast disease-related knowledge and promote the postoperative recovery.
