目的::探讨心力衰竭患者内皮素1(ET-1)与脑钠肽(BNP)的改变及其相关性研究。方法:选择120例心力衰竭患者为观察组,同期健康体检者80名为对照组。比较2组血清ET-1及BNP,同时记录观察组不同心功能(纽约心脏病协会,NYHA)分级患者血清ET-1和BNP水平,探讨二者与心力衰竭严重程度的相关性。结果:观察组患者血清ET-1和BNP水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.01);随着心功能NYHA分级的增高,观察组患者左心室射血分数显著降低,左心室舒张末期内径、血清ET-1和BNP水平均显著升高(P<0.01);相关分析显示:BNP、ET-1水平均与NYHA分级呈显著正相关关系(P<0.01),ET-1与BNP水平亦呈明显正相关关系(P<0.01)。结论:心力衰竭患者血清BNP和ET-1显著升高,且与心力衰竭严重程度密切相关,二者可作为评估病情及预后的预测指标。

목적::탐토심력쇠갈환자내피소1(ET-1)여뇌납태(BNP)적개변급기상관성연구。방법:선택120례심력쇠갈환자위관찰조,동기건강체검자80명위대조조。비교2조혈청ET-1급BNP,동시기록관찰조불동심공능(뉴약심장병협회,NYHA)분급환자혈청ET-1화BNP수평,탐토이자여심력쇠갈엄중정도적상관성。결과:관찰조환자혈청ET-1화BNP수평균현저고우대조조(P<0.01);수착심공능NYHA분급적증고,관찰조환자좌심실사혈분수현저강저,좌심실서장말기내경、혈청ET-1화BNP수평균현저승고(P<0.01);상관분석현시:BNP、ET-1수평균여NYHA분급정현저정상관관계(P<0.01),ET-1여BNP수평역정명현정상관관계(P<0.01)。결론:심력쇠갈환자혈청BNP화ET-1현저승고,차여심력쇠갈엄중정도밀절상관,이자가작위평고병정급예후적예측지표。
Objective:To observe the changes of serum endothelin-1(ET-1) and brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)levels in heart failure patients and explore the correlations. Methods:One hundred and twenty cases with heart failure were selected as observation group and 80 healthy persons as control group. Serum ET-1 and BNP levels were compared between the two groups. ET-1 and BNP levels in different New York heart association( NYHA) gradation patients were also recorded and their correlation with the degree of heart failure was explored. Results:Serum ET-1 and BNP levels in observation group were much higher than those in control group(P<0. 01). With the increase of NYHA gradation,left ventricular ejection fraction was obviously decreased,left ventricular end diastolic,ET-1 and BNP levels were significantly increased in observation group(P<0. 01). Pearson correlation analysis showed that ET-1 and BNP levels had significant positive correlation with NYHA gradation(P<0. 01). There was the positive correlation between ET-1 and BNP levels (P<0.01). Conclusions:Serum ET-1 and BNP levels were greatly increased in heart failure patients,and closely related to disease severity. They can be the predictive indexes for evaluating disease condition and prognosis.
