目的：探讨更昔洛韦眼用凝胶结合干扰素治疗病毒性角膜炎的临床效果。方法该院随机选取了2013年12月-2014年12月期间来治疗的60例病毒性角膜炎患者作为研究对象，利用计算机软件把60例患者随机分成两组，观察组和对照组，两组分别30例。给予对照组更昔洛韦眼用凝胶治疗，观察组在此基础上结合干扰素治疗，比较两组临床效果。结果观察组疼痛减轻时间、溃疡角膜愈合时间优于对照组；观察组治疗有效率为100%，对照组为90%。两组差异有统计学意义（（P<0.05））。结论使用更昔洛韦眼用凝胶结合干扰素治疗病毒性角膜炎患者治愈率高、不良反应少，可临床推广。
목적：탐토경석락위안용응효결합간우소치료병독성각막염적림상효과。방법해원수궤선취료2013년12월-2014년12월기간래치료적60례병독성각막염환자작위연구대상，이용계산궤연건파60례환자수궤분성량조，관찰조화대조조，량조분별30례。급여대조조경석락위안용응효치료，관찰조재차기출상결합간우소치료，비교량조림상효과。결과관찰조동통감경시간、궤양각막유합시간우우대조조；관찰조치료유효솔위100%，대조조위90%。량조차이유통계학의의（（P<0.05））。결론사용경석락위안용응효결합간우소치료병독성각막염환자치유솔고、불량반응소，가림상추엄。
Objective To study the ever more eye ophthalmic gel combined with interferon respectively.there clinical effect for the treatment of viral keratitis. Methods Our hospital from December 2013 to December 2014 to treat 25 cases of viral keratitis pa-tients as the research object, using computer software to 25 patients were randomly divided into two groups, observation group and the control group and observation group of 13 cases, 12 cases in the control group. Control group ganciclovir eye ophthalmic gel respectively.there was given observer group on the basis of combining interferon treatment, compared two groups of clinical effect. Results The observation group pain relief time, corneal ulcer healing time is better than the control group; Treatment group effec-tive rate was 100%, control group was 98%. The differences between the two groups(P< 0.05), there is statistical significance. Conclusion Using ganciclovir eye ophthalmic gel combined with interferon respectively.there viral keratitis patients cure rate is high, less adverse reactions, clinical popularization.
