目的：探讨分化型甲状腺癌的手术治疗方法。方法对照组分化型甲状腺癌的患者给予外科手术治疗；研究组分化型甲状腺癌患者手术方法同对照组，术后加用131 I联合治疗，记录两组分化型甲状腺癌患者治疗后临床疗效。结果分化型甲状腺癌患者经不同方法治疗后，研究组临床治疗总有效率高达92.86%，显著高于对照组临床治疗总有效率（71.43%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论分化型甲状腺癌主要采用外科手术治疗，术后根据患者实际情况联合131 I及甲状腺激素替代治疗可显著提高其临床疗效，保障患者生活质量及降低病死率。
목적：탐토분화형갑상선암적수술치료방법。방법대조조분화형갑상선암적환자급여외과수술치료；연구조분화형갑상선암환자수술방법동대조조，술후가용131 I연합치료，기록량조분화형갑상선암환자치료후림상료효。결과분화형갑상선암환자경불동방법치료후，연구조림상치료총유효솔고체92.86%，현저고우대조조림상치료총유효솔（71.43%），차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론분화형갑상선암주요채용외과수술치료，술후근거환자실제정황연합131 I급갑상선격소체대치료가현저제고기림상료효，보장환자생활질량급강저병사솔。
Objective To investigaste the surgery treatment of differentiated thyroid cancer. Methods In the con-trol group,patients were treated by differentiated thyroid cancer surgery;In the study group,patients were treated by the sur-gery method as the control group,plus combination therapy with 131 I. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results In the study group,the total efficiency was up to 92. 86%,which was significantly higher than the total efficiency of control group(71. 43%),there was significant difference(P<0. 05). Conclusions Differentiated thyroid cancer mainly a-dopts surgical treatment,postoperative joint 131 I and thyroid hormone replacement therapy can significantly improve its clinical efficacy,protect the quality of life of patients and reduce mortality in patients according to the actual situation.
