目的：对脑梗死偏瘫患者的心理护理措施进行分析探讨。方法将该院2013年10月-2014年10月收治的200例脑梗死偏瘫患者随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组100例患者行常规护理干预，观察组100例患者以5E模式进行护理干预，对比两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组的SAS、SDS评分显著低于对照组，P<0.05，差异具有统计学意义。观察组ADL评分显著高于对照组，MESS评分显著低于对照组，P<0.05，差异有统计学意义。观察组的护理满意度为97%，对照组护理满意度为81%，观察组的护理满意度明显高于对照组，P<0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论对脑梗死偏瘫患者行5E护理干预可有效缓解患者的负面情绪，提高患者的治疗依从性，提高患者的生活质量，密切护患关系，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the psychological nursing intervention applied to cerebral infarction patients with hemiplega. Methods 200 cerebral infarction patients with hemiplega admitted in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2014 were ran-domly divided into the control group and the observation group. 100 cases in the control group were given the conventional nursing intervention, and 100 cases in the observation group were given 5E mode nursing intervention. And the nursing efficacy was com-pared between the two groups. Results The SAS and SDS scores were much lower in the observation group than in the control group, P<0.05. The ADL scores were significantly higher and MESS scores were obviously lower in the observation group than those in the control group with statistically significant difference, P<0.05. The nursing satisfaction rate was much higher in the ob-servation group than that in the control group (97%vs 81%) with statistically significant difference, P<0.05. Conclusion For cere-bral infarction patients with hemiplega, 5E mode nursing intervention can effectively alleviate the negative emotion, improve the treatment compliance and life quality, facilitate the nurse-patient relationship, so it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
