目的：对成人重型麻疹患者的护理干预措施进行分析。方法整群选取该院与2013年1月-2014年12月间收治的成人重型麻疹患者110例作为研究对象，将患者根据就诊次序随机分为对照组和观察组各55例，对照组患者接受常规护理干预，观察组55例患者行综合性护理干预，对比两组患者的治疗效果及护理满意度。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为94.55%，对照组的治疗总有效率为76.36%，观察组的治疗有效率显著优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组的护理满意度为92.73%，对照组的护理满意度为78.18%，观察组的护理满意度明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论对成人重型麻疹患者开展综合性护理干预有利于提高治疗效果，密切护患关系，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the nursing intervention methods for adult patients with severe measles. Methods 110 adults with severe measles admitted in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014 were selected as the subjects and divided into the control group and the observation group with 55 cases in each in accordance with the order of admission. The control group were treated by the conventional nursing intervention, and the observation group were treated by the comprehensive nursing inter-vention. And the treatment effect and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The overall response rate was much higher in the observation group than that in the control group(94.55%vs 76.36%) with statistically significant differ-ence (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate was obviously higher in the observation group than that in the control group(92.73%vs 78.18%) with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion For adults patients with severe measles, comprehensive nurs-ing intervention is conducive to improving the treatment effect and facilitating the nurse-patient relationship, so it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
