目的:研究分析初产妇围生期分娩知识认知度,探讨其对产妇心理及情绪的影响情况。方法选取2013年9月至2014年6月忻州市妇幼保健院的120例初产妇为观察组,同期的120例经产妇为对照组,对两组的分娩知识认知度进行评估及比较,然后将观察组中不同分娩知识认知度患者的心理及情绪状态采用SCL-90量表、POMS量表及Zung量表进行分别评估及比较。结果观察组分娩知识认知度明显差于对照组,而观察组中分娩知识认知度较低的产妇其SCL-90量表、POMS量表及Zung量表评估结果明显差于分娩知识认知度较高的产妇,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论初产妇围生期分娩知识认知度较低,且其对产妇心理及情绪的不良影响较大。

목적:연구분석초산부위생기분면지식인지도,탐토기대산부심리급정서적영향정황。방법선취2013년9월지2014년6월흔주시부유보건원적120례초산부위관찰조,동기적120례경산부위대조조,대량조적분면지식인지도진행평고급비교,연후장관찰조중불동분면지식인지도환자적심리급정서상태채용SCL-90량표、POMS량표급Zung량표진행분별평고급비교。결과관찰조분면지식인지도명현차우대조조,이관찰조중분면지식인지도교저적산부기SCL-90량표、POMS량표급Zung량표평고결과명현차우분면지식인지도교고적산부,차이유통계학의의(P균<0.05)。결론초산부위생기분면지식인지도교저,차기대산부심리급정서적불량영향교대。
Objective To study and analyze the delivery knowledge awareness of primiparas during the perinatal period,and to investigate the influence for their psychology and emotion. Methods One hundred and twenty primiparas in maternal and child health care hospital of Xinzhou from September 2013 to June 2014 were selected as observation group, 120 pluriparas at the same period as the control group,then the delivery knowledge awareness of the two groups were evalu-ated and compared,and the psychology and emotion state of observation group with different delivery knowledge awareness were evaluated and compared with SCL-90 scale,POMS scale and Zung scale. Results The delivery knowledge aware-ness of observation group were obviously worse than those of control group,the SCL-90 scale,POMS scale and Zung scale evaluation results of observation group with lower delivery knowledge awareness were obviously worse than those of primipa-ras with higher delivery knowledge awareness,with significant differences( all P <0. 05 ). Conclusions The delivery knowledge awareness of primiparas during the perinatal period are lower,and the bad influence of the lower awareness for the psychology and emotion are great.
