研究了贵州某高硫铝土矿焙烧后的预脱硅和矿浆沉降性能。结果表明:随焙烧时间延长和温度升高,预脱硅率升高;随矿浆固含量增加,预脱硅率降低;石灰添加量对预脱硅影响不大;随苛性碱质量浓度增大,预脱硅率升高;在苛性碱质量浓度248 g/L、石灰添加量9%、反应时间8 h、温度100℃、矿浆固含量300 g/L适宜条件下,预脱硅率为64.5%左右;稀释矿浆苛性碱质量浓度为160 g/L ,矿浆沉降速度10 m/h ,矿浆固含量以70 g/L为宜,絮凝剂添加量为80 g/t左右。

연구료귀주모고류려토광배소후적예탈규화광장침강성능。결과표명:수배소시간연장화온도승고,예탈규솔승고;수광장고함량증가,예탈규솔강저;석회첨가량대예탈규영향불대;수가성감질량농도증대,예탈규솔승고;재가성감질량농도248 g/L、석회첨가량9%、반응시간8 h、온도100℃、광장고함량300 g/L괄의조건하,예탈규솔위64.5%좌우;희석광장가성감질량농도위160 g/L ,광장침강속도10 m/h ,광장고함량이70 g/L위의,서응제첨가량위80 g/t좌우。
The pre‐desilicification and settling property of a high‐sulfur bauxite calcinated desulfurization from Guizhou were researched .The results show that pre‐desilication rate increases with increasing of reaction time ,temperature and caustic concentration ,the pre‐desilication rate decreases with increasing of solid content .Lime addition has little effect on the pre‐desilication rate . T he optimal pre‐desilication process conditions are caustic concentration of 248 g/L ,lime addition of 9% ,reaction time of 8 h ,temperature of 100 ℃ ,and solid content of 300 g/L .Under the optimal conditions ,the pre‐desilication rate can reach 64 .5% .When the caustic concentration in the diluted slurry is 160 g/L ,the solid content is low er 80 g/L ,flocculant dosage is about 80 g/t ,sedimentation velocity of slurry can reach 10 m/h .
