研究了用低温碱性焙烧—水浸工艺从石煤矿中提取钒,考察了焙烧条件(碱矿质量比、盐矿质量比、焙烧温度、焙烧时间)及浸出条件(温度、时间、液固体积质量比)对钒浸出率的影响。结果表明:在焙烧温度500℃、焙烧时间1.0 h、碱(NaOH)矿(脱碳料)质量比1.5、盐(NaNO3)矿(脱碳料)质量比0.50~0.75的最佳条件下进行焙烧,然后在温度60℃、液固体积质量比4∶1条件下浸出1 h ,钒浸出率最高可达99.0%。
研究瞭用低溫堿性焙燒—水浸工藝從石煤礦中提取釩,攷察瞭焙燒條件(堿礦質量比、鹽礦質量比、焙燒溫度、焙燒時間)及浸齣條件(溫度、時間、液固體積質量比)對釩浸齣率的影響。結果錶明:在焙燒溫度500℃、焙燒時間1.0 h、堿(NaOH)礦(脫碳料)質量比1.5、鹽(NaNO3)礦(脫碳料)質量比0.50~0.75的最佳條件下進行焙燒,然後在溫度60℃、液固體積質量比4∶1條件下浸齣1 h ,釩浸齣率最高可達99.0%。
연구료용저온감성배소—수침공예종석매광중제취범,고찰료배소조건(감광질량비、염광질량비、배소온도、배소시간)급침출조건(온도、시간、액고체적질량비)대범침출솔적영향。결과표명:재배소온도500℃、배소시간1.0 h、감(NaOH)광(탈탄료)질량비1.5、염(NaNO3)광(탈탄료)질량비0.50~0.75적최가조건하진행배소,연후재온도60℃、액고체적질량비4∶1조건하침출1 h ,범침출솔최고가체99.0%。
The process of extracting vanadium from stone coal at low temperature by alkaline roasting was studied .The effects of various factors ,such as alkaline‐ore mass ratio ,salt‐ore mass ratio ,roasting temperature and roasting time on the leaching of vanadium were examined .The results show that the optimum conditions of the process are determined as follow s :alkaline‐ore mass ratio of 1 .5 ,salt‐ore mass ratio of 0 .50 -0 .75 ,roasting temperature of 500 ℃ ,roasting time of 1 h .T he leaching rate of vanadium is up to 99 .0% under the optimum operation conditions .
