研究了酸、碱联产再生循环与菱镁矿资源综合开发利用有机耦合新工艺,提出酸浸、水解及蒸氨适宜工艺参数。新工艺理论上无需外购酸、碱,能量可合理梯级利用,固体废渣可用于生产建材,具有绿色、清洁、环保、资源利用率高、节能降耗等特点,有明显的经济效益、环境效益和社会效益,是菱镁矿资源综合利用的新途径。
研究瞭痠、堿聯產再生循環與蔆鎂礦資源綜閤開髮利用有機耦閤新工藝,提齣痠浸、水解及蒸氨適宜工藝參數。新工藝理論上無需外購痠、堿,能量可閤理梯級利用,固體廢渣可用于生產建材,具有綠色、清潔、環保、資源利用率高、節能降耗等特點,有明顯的經濟效益、環境效益和社會效益,是蔆鎂礦資源綜閤利用的新途徑。

The new technology of acid‐alkali co‐production and regenerative cycle coupled with comprehensive utilization of magnesite were studied .The suitable process parameters for acid‐leaching ,hydrolysis and ammonia evaporation w ere proposed .T he new technology needn't buy acid and alkali theoretically ,the energy can be utilized reasonable and stairstep ,and the solid waste residue can be used to produce building materials .T he new technology is green ,clean ,higher resource utilization and energy‐saving and cost‐reducing .T he new technology has observably economic ,environmental and social benefit ,and provides a new way for comprehensive utilization of magnesite .
