研究了用盐酸从催化废水治理产生的污泥中浸出稀土、铝、铁、硅，考察了浸出剂酸度、固液质量体积比、温度、浸出时间等对浸出率的影响。结果表明：在浸出剂盐酸浓度2．0 mol／L、固液质量体积比1∶9、浸出时间0．5 h条件下，稀土浸出率为96％，实现了稀土与铁、铝的初步分离；然后采用草酸盐沉淀法制得纯度为99％的草酸稀土。
연구료용염산종최화폐수치리산생적오니중침출희토、려、철、규，고찰료침출제산도、고액질량체적비、온도、침출시간등대침출솔적영향。결과표명：재침출제염산농도2．0 mol／L、고액질량체적비1∶9、침출시간0．5 h조건하，희토침출솔위96％，실현료희토여철、려적초보분리；연후채용초산염침정법제득순도위99％적초산희토。
Leaching of rare earths ,aluminum ,iron and silicon from catalyst sludge were studied . Hydrochloric acid concentration ,mass ratio of ore and acid ,temperature and time on leaching rate were examined .T he results indicate that the leaching of rare earths is 96% ,leaching of aluminum ,iron are 59% and 69 .8% ,respectively under the conditions of hydrochloric acid concentration of 2 mol/L ,mass ratio of ore and acid of 1∶9 ,and leaching time of 0 .5 hours .And then the rare earth oxalate with purity 99% can be prepared by oxalate precipitation .
