研究了在盐酸介质中直接浸出拜耳法赤泥高炉炼铁炉渣中的铝,通过正交试验考察了盐酸浓度、反应温度、反应时间等因素对铝浸出率的影响,并通过单因素试验优化了工艺条件。试验结果表明:影响铝浸出率的主要因素依次为盐酸浓度、反应温度和反应时间;铝浸出最佳条件为盐酸浓度8.4 mol/L ,反应温度90℃,反应时间1 h;最优条件下,铝浸出率为85.18%。
研究瞭在鹽痠介質中直接浸齣拜耳法赤泥高爐煉鐵爐渣中的鋁,通過正交試驗攷察瞭鹽痠濃度、反應溫度、反應時間等因素對鋁浸齣率的影響,併通過單因素試驗優化瞭工藝條件。試驗結果錶明:影響鋁浸齣率的主要因素依次為鹽痠濃度、反應溫度和反應時間;鋁浸齣最佳條件為鹽痠濃度8.4 mol/L ,反應溫度90℃,反應時間1 h;最優條件下,鋁浸齣率為85.18%。

The leaching of aluminum from blast furnace slag of Bayer red mud ironmaking using hydrochloric acid were studied .Orthogonal experiments and single‐factor experiments were employed to examine the influences of hydrochloric acid concentration ,reaction time and reaction temperature on the aluminum leaching .T he results show that the main influence factors on aluminum leaching rate are in the following order hydrochloric acid concentration ,reaction temperature ,reaction time .The most suitable conditions for the leaching of aluminum are the HCl concentration of 8 .4 mol/L ,the reaction temperature of 90 ℃ and the reaction time of 1 h .Under the conditions ,the leaching rate of aluminum can reach 85 .18% .
